Core responsibilities will include the following:

Core responsibilities will include the following:

  • To issue billing/invoices and follow up on collection.
  • Issue payment vouchers, advice on details of payments, and prepare dispatch for cheques to payee.
  • Verifying of expense claims by staff before arranging payments to them, issue payment of invoices, and expense claims.
  • Reconciliation of statements of accounts for local and overseas suppliers.

  • To plan, schedule and organize for the success of the projects within the organization.
  • To develop the overall planning of work activities and perform scheduling of activities from the site activity developed by the construction team.
  • To be able to track the actual progress of work at site and advise necessary changes in planning should there is any necessity.
  • To prepare, maintain and update project schedule status reports i.e. weekly/monthly for client and/or management.

  • To issue Letter of Award and Letter of Appointment.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering -
    Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent.

  • For projects - support project manager to execute project fully according to methodology PM baseline and EEM, Review engineering and contract documents & information to ensure that the delivery for the project is within its intended specification & specification, and within engineering vision, need, and objective.
  • Develop and manage instrumentation standard, component datasheet and typical template.
  • Backup for PLC and SCADA programming Qualification.

Internship & Management Trainees

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0
