Accountant
Core responsibilities will include the following:
- 5 to 8 years of total working experience in preparing the Group's monthly consolidate management reports
and other ad hoc report for management purposes;
familiar with MFRS and Bursa Listing Requirements

Account Executive

Core responsibilities will include the following:
- To issue billing/invoices and follow up on collection.
- Issue payment vouchers, advice on details of payments, and prepare dispatch for cheques to payee.
- Verifying of expense claims by staff before arranging payments to them, issue payment of invoices, and expense claims.

Core responsibilities will include the following:

- Accountable in monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring that project billings are issued to clients and payments collected
- Delivering the CAPEX/OPEX projects
- Professionally Qualified with accounting qualification (s) such as ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA or equivalent
- Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong analytical and people management skills.
Project Accounts Executive
Core responsibilities will include the following:
- 2 years' working experience in a construction company
- Experience in handling the project billings are issued to clients and payments collected
- Must have a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, able to work with minimum supervision.
Senior Manager/Manager, Commercial
Core responsibilities will include the following:
- 8 to 12 years relevant working experience in contract management/commercial in medium-sized construction/EPCC company
- Responsible for budgets, develop accurate and consistent bids for new projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts
- Must have a degree in Quantity Survey/Construction Management/Technology Management/Building or related
- Excellent negotiation capabilities

Quantity Surveyors

- To plan, schedule and organize for the success of the projects within the organization
- To develop the overall planning of work activities and perform scheduling of activities from the site activity developed by the construction team
- To be able to track the actual progress of work at site and advise necessary changes in planning should there is any necessity
- To prepare, maintain and update project schedule status reports i.e. weekly/monthly for client and/or management

- Assist for price negotiation and expediting purchases
- Raise and issue PO, ensure timely supply
- Prepare and issue request for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare recommendation to Head of Contracts/Contracts Manager/Procurement Manager
